Refund and Returns Policy
From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item. Log into your account and click on the “Returns & Exchanges” tab and fill out the return form. If you do not have an account, go to our Return Center.
Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. Please make sure that the returned item is “sellable condition”(see below), otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you.
If your order is wrong and cannot be corrected in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct the error.
After receiving your order confirmation, it means that we have received your order. This does not mean that there is a contract between us. When we send you an invoice, we will signify acceptance of your order and therefore signify the contract between us. If there is a price error, we unintentionally price a product too low or for some reason we are no longer able to provide a specific product, then we can protect us by including this term. If the price changes, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
After receiving the order, shipping and handling may be changed.
We provide a variety of shipping and handling methods, which you can choose during checkout.
We deliver your order immediately. Unless we agree or you have paid a faster service fee, we will usually send your order to you within 2-3 business days. International orders are usually received within a week or two.
If the goods are damaged in transit, you must notify us immediately so that we can quickly file a claim with the freight company and correct the problem. Please indicate your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that the delivery certificate provided by our delivery company is sufficient to prove that the goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you. If you do not want to wait, the option to cancel your order will always be sent to you via email.
we guarantees to accept all products returned within 14 working days after receipt.Products must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed or otherwise altered, with all their original components, included authenticity tags, intact and complete warranty seals and original packaging (including wrapping, boxes and any other material such as dust-bags, hangers and suit-covers). Right of withdrawal can only be applied to whole purchased products; therefore, it cannot be performed on one or more components of purchased products.
If the client is not satisfied with the product, we offer tow options:
• Change of size/color, depending on the product size / color stock availability. It can take up to 3-5 working days after receiving the returned item.
• Refund: the total amount, excluding shipping costs, will be returned to the customer after the quality check, within 15 days.
Credit card refund: the refund will be made within 7 working days after receiving the returned item. The time necessary to display the refund on the account may vary on the credit card issuing bank. We suggest to contact your Bank for any further information
